Description:This grade 4 natural comes to us from the Gute kebele in Sidama, Ethiopia. This community grows coffee at very high elevations, above 1,800 meters above sea level. The washing station that this coffee was prepared at is managed by Yednekachew Selish, and serves 480 farmers in the region. After picking, this natural was dried for 16 days until it reached ideal moisture levels. We feel like Grade 4 Naturals from Ethiopia present a great substitute for those looking to add a little replace a Brazil in their blend with something that has a bit more fruit characteristics. This one accomplishes that with notes of Plum, Nougat, and Bakers Chocolate.
